Very disappointed.
Very disappointed.
Have waited six plus weeks for my new range cooker finally delivered today but it is damaged. I have electrician joiner and worktop people all booked in to get my kitchen back to normal and none of this can now go to plan.
Spoke to Range master to try and get a replacement asap but no one has rang back yet six weeks to get another one was mentioned. Got a family to feed and no other means of cooking. Can't begin to stress how angry and disappointed I am. Having spent £3000 on a range I will now have to fork out more money to buy a cooker to use whilst we await the replacement.
There seems to be no urgency by Range master to sort this out quickly.
