Returns process is terrible
Returns process is terrible. I ordered 11 items of clothing, needed to return 10 but can't just be returned to one address in one parcel. Returns have to be manually raised via the Debenhams portal for each item ok so far but then there is a different returns process depending on which brand you ordered. In my case I had 4 different brands, some use Evri , some dont, some post office counter, some not, some post office delivery office, some not, you get the idea. I was expecting to return one parcel to Debenhams, oh no, four different parcels to different delivery parcel shops, post office, etc etc. Never again will I order from Debenhams as it took forever to drop off the parcels, book collections and find places that would print labels
