Returns process is terrible

Returns process is terrible. I ordered 11 items of clothing, needed to return 10 but can't just be returned to one address in one parcel. Returns have to be manually raised via the Debenhams portal for each item ok so far but then there is a different returns process depending on which brand you ordered. In my case I had 4 different brands, some use Evri , some dont, some post office counter, some not, some post office delivery office, some not, you get the idea. I was expecting to return one parcel to Debenhams, oh no, four different parcels to different delivery parcel shops, post office, etc etc. Never again will I order from Debenhams as it took forever to drop off the parcels, book collections and find places that would print labels

I'm sorry to hear you have found our returns process to be difficult.

As Debenhams is a market place, this means some items may be shipped direct from other sellers. These are concession items, and these would need to be returned back to the seller directly. Most sellers will include a return slip inside your parcel, or instruction on how/where to return. If you can’t find this information, our customer service team are available 24/7 to help and provide the information needed.

The couriers our sellers use is not something we can control, however Evri and Royal Mail are the most common.

We remain committed to the best possible service for our customers, and all feedback is taken on board to better improve this going forward.

It all went well

I was very very worried after reading all the negative reviews that the tickets I had bought to see Peter Kay would materialise but it all went well.
I emailed customer services a few days before the event and they responded quickly and assured me that i would receive my tickets in time . I got them two days before the event so everything was good. Peter Kay gig was disappointing but that's for another review 😂

Impressed

Our first time of booking with Jet2 and we were impressed. Very well organised check in at Leeds Airport. Best of all was the seats on the plane do not recline. Bliss not to have the seat of the selfish **** infront in your face the whole flight.

Do Not buy the Ticket Insurance

Beware if you are considering paying extra for insurance if you are unable to use the tickets as its not worth it - they don't not pay up. We were unable to travel 200 miles to London from Yorkshire on 11th March due to severe weather conditions - the police advice was to only make essential journeys due to the weather conditions being so bad. Although extremely disappointed at not being able to see Oklahoma, in view of the police advice, we decided it was not safe to travel a 400 miles round trip. We felt safe in the knowledge that since we were insured our tickets would be refunded and we could go to see a London show at a later date - how wrong we were!!. We raised a claim and attached screenshots of weather warnings, police advice, traffic conditions etc but were advised that our claim was not valid as the travel warnings need to be Red not Amber in order to be covered under insurance. Extremely angry as the tickets were £300.00 and we will not be reimbursed - we were not offered anything. If you are thinking of using London Direct - think again.

Returns and refunds take too long

Returns and refunds take too long. Returned an item on 27th Feb still not refunded. Contacted customer services and was told to allow 10 days from when they receive it back. Chased after 10 days and been told it takes another 5 days for money to go back into account. Far too slow compared with other high Street retailers like Next, M&S etc.

Paid for next day delivery but didn't get it

Paid extra cost to get next day delivery but did not receive my order. I am waiting for a response to my email from customer services regarding a refund. Although the extra cost was only £1.99, I stayed in on my day off as I was expecting them to be delivered.

Everything went as planned as results…

Everything went as planned and our results were received quickly. Would have given 5 stars but knocked one off as Doncaster didn't deal with people in appointment time order, it seemed very disorganised.

Not very impressed at all

Delivery fast but I'm not very impressed at all with the Dust Detective. I ordered the Dyson attachments but they dont seem to connect very well. Doesn't seem to work like the one shown on the video. It's just a handful of plastic straws that fluff and debris just stuck to rather than being sucked up through the holes. I wouldn't recommend

UK Buyers beware please read this before you order

I am in the UK, delivery to me was fast from USA but sadly that was the only good bit. The sizing isnt quite right 12-14 come up small and I had to return 3 items - returns from UK cost a fortune - I paid nearly £22 to send by post office as Modlily specify that returns must be sent tracked. My parcel was 600g and it cost me £22. The refund took forever and I had to continually chase it. Customer services team were helpful but unless you specify, the refund is done as a credit to your Modlily account, it is not refunded to original payment method - more hassle more waiting. All in all my experience in ordering from Modlily was not worth all the hassle and the expensive return and lengthy refund process. I will not be ordering from them again

Packaging dreadful

Packaging dreadful. Two lovely dresses had been stuffed into one tiny plastic bag, looked like crumpled rags. Not exactly a great shopping experience. Still haven't received a refund for my returns, takes too long. Won't he ordering from Quiz again

Have only just ordered the sofas so…

Have only just ordered the sofas so will leave a review as to the whole process once furniture has been received.
Experience so far so good though from both John and Michael in the Hull store and a dark haired lady with glasses in the Doncaster store who was also very helpful when I called in there to take a photo of the furniture that I've ordered.
Hope the whole experience including delivery is as good
