Returns and refunds take too long
Returns and refunds take too long. Returned an item on 27th Feb still not refunded. Contacted customer services and was told to allow 10 days from when they receive it back. Chased after 10 days and been told it takes another 5 days for money to go back into account. Far too slow compared with other high Street retailers like Next, M&S etc.

Our standard refund process can take up to 10 working days from the date your return reaches our warehouse, plus an additional 3-5 working days for the funds to clear. We apologise for the wait we understand how this can feel like a long time, this is something we hope to improve internally with the business in the future but for now we aim to all refunds as quickly as possible. If a refund has not been issued after the general time frame we ask customer to reach out with their order number, the items sent back and a picture of their proof of postage so it can be investigated further ~ Umair
