Poor communication, wouldn't recommend.

Communication is a serious issue with this company, they rarely post on their Facebook page, ignore messages via any platform. They take your money and you don't have a clue when you'll receive your box, there are times when you've paid two months subscription and not received any box at all! Cancelled once then resubscribed because once you get the boxes they're not too bad, not always worth the money though, I'll be permanently cancelling my subscription this time as its not worth the long wait with no communication, I like to know when I'll receive my box like I do with my Degustabox subscription. I wouldn't recommend this company, they need to sort out their customer service.
