Yodel Store to Store is truly awful

Yodel Store to Store is truly awful, worse than their home delivery service, I've had 3 missing parcels in the past week, the app is pointless as it doesn't update.it also tells you it's delivered to a different location but it's not there when you go to pick it up, its also not at the original location either so it's either not been delivered at all or it's been stolen, raising an issue with "customer service" is useless as well, they just lie to you and say they'll give you an update within 24 hours, really?! My emails are silent, and yes I've checked my junk mail folder, it's been a whole lot of stress and I will NEVER use Yodel again after this nightmare, I'll also be pursuing a refund for all my missing/stolen parcels. I've put the date of experience in the middle of the disaster as it's already ongoing.
