Awful email company

Awful email company, constant problems, keeps logging you out and not accepting your password, not updating emails, this was so much better when it was Hotmail, Outlook sucks!

Poor communication

Poor communication, never respond when you contact them via the "contact us" form on their website, even if it's a problem with a product, they say they'll contact you shortly, never had a reply months later. Plus they've now cut the percentage you get through their loyalty scheme, better off shopping elsewhere maybe somewhere cheaper.

They look like quality earphones

They look like quality earphones, presented nicely but they only last a few months before the sound starts to degenerate, usually in one ear. Their so called "World Class Support" is anything but, trying to contact them you just get a stock answer or a "bot" don't bother, I'd recommend spending a bit more for a well known quality brand.

Dissapointing

Dissapointing, I thought I'd finally found a flea treatment that worked for my cat, it was fine for the first 2 months but the 3rd month's treatment hasn't worked, I've found fleas, my cat is scratching and she's got her scabby rash back again ☹ either I've been sent a dud treatment or the fleas have become immune, what a waste of money, back to searching for a better flea treatment 🙄

Go elsewhere for goth clothing

Horrible frustrating website, poor quality overpriced clothing, terrible customer service. Easy to sign up but virtually impossible to close your account as your messages & emails are ignored. There are lots of other goth clothing companies that are far superior.
Edit: I've been blocked from their Facebook page for asking to close my account, what does that tell you about their customer service?!

Won't let me cancel my account

Sick of technical problems with this site and customer service are less than useless. So decided to cancel my account, I fill everything in, do the "I'm not a robot" test and it just resets itself! I don't want this site keeping my personal details but they won't cancel my account, surely that's a personal data issue? Considering reporting them for it. Don't get sucked in by these scammers.

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service. They never tell you if an item is out of stock or when it's been dispatched so you don't know if you'll be at home when it arrives, plus I have to constantly bagger them for a refund as it seems they just want to pocket your cash even if you don't get the items you've ordered. I only get a reply via Facebook as my emails go unanswered on the website. I won't be buying from them again! 😠
Edit: Just looking through other customers reviews and amused to see the responses from the company about apparently not receiving the emails people have sent, I suggest to them that they sort out their staff that deal with email queries, they appear to be mislaying/deleting emails somewhere along the line!
Edit: I never use Yahoo only Chrome plus I had to literally beg for a refund THREE TIMES unacceptable!

We're very sorry to hear that you have not been able to contact us via e-mail. We have located an issue where certain e-mail addresses do not come through our system (yahoo.com etc.) We're of course working on resolving this.

With regards to your refunded plants, when an order is picked, our packaging department will select the plants on your order, however, if the plant isn't up to our normal standard, or if it isn't in stock a refund should always be issued against your order as soon as it is dispatched.

It's become a goth Primark 😒

Quality has gone down significantly, my trousers just came apart at one of the seams after wearing twice. Too many new drops while pushing out as many clothes as possible so scrimping on quality. Killstar has become a goth Primark not the exclusive goth brand it used to be but still charging premium prices, very disappointing ☹️

Still waiting for my refund for my returned item weeks later so I won't be buying again until my refund is processed and back in my bank account, although my trust in this company has been broken maybe irreparably I don't know yet.

Seriously gone downhill 😞

The website is a nightmare! I like the clothes to a certain extent but the quality has gone downhill lately also the customer service and returns are seriously lacking. Time to go somewhere else for my goth fix i think 😒 plus they avoid your messages if you are looking for a refund for your return even though I've messaged them through various platforms. By the way you have to pay for your own returns and you don't get the money back. Go to Kate's Clothing instead, better customer service and free returns.

The worst bank I've ever been a customer of!!

They keep charging you again and again even though the FCO has scrapped monthly overdraft charges, they wait til you are near you limit then charge you to push it into unarranged overdraft fees so they can charge you another £50 again next time! What a sneaky way of making money and screwing over their own customers! 😠
Edited: They're saying they are charging me £90 in fees but their monthly limit is called at £50, are they flouting their own terms and conditions?! Sounds immoral if not illegal!

Avoid like the plague

They told the seller that they tried to deliver to me twice, on both days I was in, nobody came to the door and no card was left. They sent the item back to the original seller so I ended up asking for a refund even though I had really wanted the item 😞 all this messing about with Hermes took 2 weeks, it actually puts me off buying from anyone who uses this company, unfortunately you don't always know what company a seller is going to use until after you've bought from them 😟

Fine if you get free prescriptions

It's probably fine if you get the service free on the NHS but if you have to pay for the test and glasses they will try to hard sell you the most expensive of everything plus as much 'extras' as they can manage, obviously they must get commission on what they manage to sell! Plus I'm sure they've got my prescription wrong as my glasses make me feel dizzy and they are blurry, so a complete waste of over £200!

Scammers

Scammers! What should have been just over £2 for postage on 'Free' lipsticks is nearly £18! Can't believe Facebook is allowing scammers like this to operate on their website! They won't allow you to cancel, I'll have to try with my bank if not we'll see if they ever arrive! 😠

Don't bother unless you want to end up paying more tax!

It's been months since I completed my claim and heard nothing from Tax Rebates, I've heard back from HMRC though apparently my tax code has changed so I'm now paying more tax! Plus I've never received a rebate for my uniform expenses! So I'm actually worse off now 😠 don't bother applying unless you want to want to be ghosted by Tax Rebates and end up in a higher tax code by HMRC, wish I'd never bothered.

Edit: it's not a higher tax code it's lower, is should be 1250L but it's changed to 1221L so I'm now paying more tax thanks to this company! 😠

Tried to post on your visitors page on Facebook and you deleted it and blocked me! What are you trying to hide I wonder 🤔

A higher tax code means that you pay LESS tax, not more. The numbers in your tax code represent your tax-free allowance. The higher the better.

When you make a claim for uniform allowance, your tax code increases to ensure you receive the benefit of the allowance directly in your pay.

If you would like further details, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we'll be happy to explain it further.

EDIT: Your tax code was reduced because you had underpaid tax. It is impossible for a claim for tax relief to CAUSE an underpayment. You would already have had that underpayment and on the contrary, the claim you made with us had REDUCED the amount you owe.
