Lose your parcels then deny responsibility! I think they're worse than Yodel! Don't send your parcels via this company, you're better off using Royal mail even though they have had bad press too, what is wrong with courier services these days?!
Review of Krisp
Their website is full of errors, they advertise clothes that you never get, everything seems to be 'out of stock' they only seem to be interested in getting your personal details. It took me 2 hours to order from their site due to constant problems, had a confirmation of order then all of a sudden the next day they had 'sold out' of everything, quite a few of my friends had ordered items too and low and behold the exact thing happened to them! What a coincidence!
