Zero customer service
The issue I have is with the app/website, I made an order at the beginning of the week, it was for click and collect, apparently you can order and pick up within an hour (I wasn't specifically looking for that just the next day) It would only let me order items that were available in my local store, I presumed so they could pick and pack them ready for me to collect, apparently it's been marked as "shipped" a few days ago, which I thought was odd as why ship items that are already there? I emailed to ask and all I received was an auto reply to give my order number & details, which I did, I've heard nothing since, I then tried "live chat" twice in two days which I notice is always busy so you have to leave a message (not really "live" is it?) but no reply to that either. I've now asked for my order to be cancelled as it appears to be stuck in the system and ho be honest it would have been easier and more convenient just to go to the shop myself, I would have received my items quicker, I don't even know if I'll ever receive my parcel but I'm certainly not impressed with this company, I had no problem instore but this has put me off ever setting foot in there again and I certainly will never make an order with them again!
