Great boxes every month

I have had the wufwuf box for a while now the boxes have been great I get the the power chewer box for my dogs and have not been disappointed always good quality toys and treats every month.
Good customer service quick response and very friendly and obliging and helpful to me make sure the boxes met my dogs needs.
I'm delighted with the subscription and My dogs know when the postman delivers the box they know it's their treats arrived.

We love the monthly wufwuf boxes my dog is always super excited when it arrives! He goes crazy barking & tail wagging with excitement
The toys are always great quality not cheep like some and the treats are always super tasty and a good variety

Great product great service

Our dog has been having these boxes for a few years and we're very satisfied. The treats are good quality and toys in in the power chewer box are virtually indestructible. Contact with the customer service department is always prompt and helpful. They even sent our dog a product for free, which I had enquired about purchasing. Happy to buy from a company like this.

Once a great concept now overly expensive.

I have now cancelled my subscription after 3 years. The boxes use to be good value and excellent quality providing toys and treats from a variety of different companies. Now the cost has risen from £18 to £23 now to £30 (the latter increase without informing). The quality is getting lower and the treats have been substituted to cheaper wufwuf generic lower quality items. To top it wufwuf makes it difficult to stop subscriptions having removed the option to do so from your account. Sadly a great concept but now overly expensive.

Used to be great

This service used to be great a couple of years ago. We have a large breed dog and we're given sturdy toys to reflect this. The past year we've had standard stuffed toys that last all of 10 minutes. They no longer provide a sturdy toy/Teddy like they used to. Also the price has nearly doubled since joining in 2020 from £18 to £30 a month now. I appreciate everything has increase but to increase by nearly double, I no longer find it value for money. The last reason I only rated 3 stars is I paid £40 for the dog advent calender and to say I am disappointed is a complete understatement.. every single box except 23 and 24 is the same small bag of bone treats. There is absolutely no variety at all and the two toys are so small we won't even be able to give it to our dog as its too small for her to do anything with. To get a small bag of the same treats for 22 days in a row for £40 is a complete cop out and a waste of money. After the increase and realising how rubbish thr advent calendar is, I have cancelled my subscription and won't return until I see it return to its former glory.

Amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service! Searched all over for a dog advent calendar with no Chicken or Pork treats due to our pups allergies. Messaged these guys on the off chance they could swap things out and they were nothing but helpful, fully customised his calendar so he can join in the festive fun with us

Had a few teething problems to start…

Had a few teething problems to start with as I took the offer with an extra toy every month for 12 months and the extra toy wasn't there on three occasions.
Customer Service was great though and apologetic and sorted this out.
The toys are great quality and the treats are premium and certainly think you get your money's worth. My dogs know exactly when the box is coming and go crazy for it.
Highly recommended.

Like christmas ever month

My boy loves getting his wufwuf box, he gets so excited when it comes through the door and can't wait to stick his nose in. We've had some great toys that I haven't seen elsewhere and who doesn't love a treat. The only thing is my dogs not a destroyer of his toys so we have a bit of a large pile

Ivy and Milly

I hav started using WufWuf back in 2021 and i had been a member for a long time. Me and my girl Milly loved their boxes. We had to cancel it a month ago due to my girl getting old and she stopped playing and the person who spoke with me was brilliantly nice and wished us well. They send you surveys that you fill out every month and when you have a complaint they personally reach out to you i was shocked when i received an email. Overall i give them 5 they have served my girl well.

They make it impossible for you to cancel your subscription

Absolutely shocking.

It's impossible to cancel your subscription online (you can only "pause" it for one month), there is no telephone number provided so you can't speak to anyone, and they do not reply to emails. I sent them an email a week ago saying I wanted to cancel my subscription and I am yet to hear back.

If you take any more money from me after I told you I wanted to cancel my subscription, I will be taking this further.

The best subscription we have.

Have been getting wufwuf boxes for almost 2 years now. We have a lab and it's really hit and miss as to what lasts or is quickly destroyed toy wise.

Wufwuf has been a really great way to introduce new toys to keep her stimulated and new regular treats.

The boxes come themed which is actually quite fun but the toys are actually unique. They had one that was some little squirrels with a squeeker and you put them inside a log house and the dog could pull them out. Our dog LOVED that one over all others and it lasted almost a year before they eventually wore out.

With these constant boxes coming in, we haven't had any losses of socks, shoes or furniture that i've seen with other dogs. She also has come to recognise the wufwuf box which is amazing to me, and opens it herself to dig out her toys.

Lastly - they let you customise the box options a bit and have some really unique treats. They have ones called chicken titbits. They stink but our dog goes CRAZY for them.

Of all the different subscriptions services we have, wufwuf may be the one we keep the longest as costs of living go up.

Shocking have tried to return an item…

Shocking have tried to return an item for over a month yet I asked straight away. Tried to take it to Post Office with their return label but it wouldn’t scan. Sent several e mails and been totally ignored !!!! Yet they have had the money

It's Christmas everyday!

What can I say about Wuff Wuff?! Simba my dog loves his monthly box, it's like christmas every monht in our house, from the moment he see's the postman and that big brown box, his tail is wagging! It's a great initiative i really love it. The toys could be a bit better quality but overall they are great for a few plays and then you receive new ones the following month so it's all good! The treats are of good quality and Simba loves them! Charlotte from the team is super helpful , always happy to help and adjust the goods in our box, very good service all round. Overall, we really recommend wuff wuff :)

I must have cancelled my subscription…

I must have cancelled my subscription for this service over 1 year ago, yet month after month WufWuf attempt to take a subscription fee out of not just my bank account, but my wife's account too!!! I've emailed umpteen times to complain about this to be told 'it's sorted', yet this still occurs. Thank goodness I have the functionality on my account to freeze my bank card, however I frankly shouldn't have to! What if this was the last £30 I had to my name and had to survive the rest of the month on, and couldn't freeze my bank card? It shouldn't be this hard to stop a subscription!!!

Unless you reach out to us to cancel via logging in to your WufWuf account or e-mailing to support@wufwuf.co.uk, your subscription remains active.

Our system can only charge the bank account that was entered when signing up. It wouldn’t be possible for us to charge other bank accounts you or your family have. So it might be that your wife also has a separate active account.

We tried to find your subscription with the information that is available here but we were not able to. Please reach out to us via our email address support@wufwuf.co.uk with your account information and we will immediately terminate your subscriptions and delete all your data. It is never our intention to force you to stay subscribed and to make it difficult for you to cancel your subscription.

We take these matters seriously. Although our boxes are to make our beloved pets happy, your satisfaction and happiness are our top priority as well.

We will be waiting to hear from you.

Happy pup

My dog loved getting the monthly boxes of goodies, only stopped the order due to costing of living & my dog having way so many toys. It's such a lovely company & even if you only order every now & then or monthly, it's such a lovely treat for your dog/s.

Just what I needed

Just what I needed! I have an American bully Xl so is really hard to find toys that survive his biting, they toys that I have received are amazing,some last only one day, but other have last for months, I has busterbox before trying wufwuf and there is not comparation in the quality of the toys as well as in the treats ( my dog loves them) and unlike Buster box you are able to stop the subscription for a month or indefinitely.

This is a fabulous company

This is a fabulous company. We have been using for 2/3 years now. Lovely toys and treats and packaged and notified of the delivery prior to receiving the two monthly box, so we know when to expect it. I don’t know who is more excited, us or the dog when it arrives!!! Thank you WufWuf ❤️
