Completely superficial

Completely superficial - You clearly replied to my previous post without really being informed about the case.

What 30 days are we speaking about and what airline company - since that company does not exist anymore as it went bankrupt - there is no one to speak with from that side- so you obviously need to fix it as the intermediary selling company - What are we talking about here?!?!?

Raised the payment without my approval…

Raised the payment without my approval or prior notice ....

As a company binded under the EU regulations I would expect that a raise in the service provided would be announced prior to the customer and it is up to me to decide whether I would accept the raise in price and if not I should be able to cancel the contract

This way of doing business is a bit disappointing Djøf and quite unethical considering that you cannot ask us to pay random prices that you decide to raise without event aligning with the customers , this is quite a disappointment, when I thought you are professionals.

And your colleague tells me it is an index regulation and it applies to all customers - quite a vague explanation right? Is like I am suppose to accept any raise in price that you decide whenever

I will speak to a legal advisor and will terminate the contract I have and avoid recommending you to anyone in my group of friends - Big Mistake

When you accept a membership at Djøf, you accept our membership terms and conditions.

It is also written on our website under "Kontingentsatser hos Djøf".
It explicitly says: "Kontingentsatserne består af et grundbeløb til Djøf samt eventuelle bidrag til strejkefonde, forhandlingsfonde mv.
Priserne bliver reguleret årligt pr. 1. juli."
"The membership fees consist of a base amount for Djøf and any contributions to strike funds, negotiation funds, etc.
The prices are adjusted annually on July 1." The amount is always an individual judgement for the year, based on the market.
Kontingent | Se prisen for medlemskab | Djøf (djoef.dk)

The price change is part of our annual regulation according to market conditions.

Hi Dancenter,

We have rented a property from your ownership via booking.com circa 8000dkk for 3 nights for 5 people for the luxury apartment at Sandkås Seaview in Allinge.

Now, we received the cheaper room, although we paid for the expensive one where we had to share the terrace patio with other people.

Next, we had a grill that was not working, I have proof as video , and contacted the reception but the ladies there provided zero help and we had to throw out all the grill meat we acquired before....

Another disturbing part of the experience was that the air conditioning was pouring cold water when in use directly on the floor and wall and we have a video that was shown to the reception and they said that we should not use the air conditioning in this case - I mean I am paying the price to have all these facilities and then the reception tells me what I should do in the room? Quite a disrespectful attitude

Lastly, when we arrived the shower drain was clogged and we had water all over the place in the bathroom. We informed the reception and barely managed to get it fixed.

All in all the overall experience with the accommodation was the worst so far from whatever we encountered in Denmark throughout 11 years of travelling around the country.

Therefore I would like compensation for all this hassle and time wasted + bad time we had in there without the issues being fixed.

I will be glad to send you further photos and proof to confirm that these experiences were real.

I have reached out to mytrip.com to help me out and refund the amount paid for two flight tickets that were cancelled less than 2 weeks before my flight in 2022.

After more than 1 year and a half they pretend nothing happens - I am in contact with their Indian office which basically says that they will help you but never come back.

I have told them many times the airline company was bankrup and that they need to solve this and refund my amount and now they told me to contact the airline company - that does not exists.

They informed me that the flight company went bankrupt and that is bad news for me - good one guys, I think is bad news for you as I paid you for the tickets at that time and you are the intermediary directly responsible to fix this situation.


I would like to open a case in court against this company and ask for the amount I am entitled and damages for the time spent, lies and overall stress created without coming in with a solution in place on time.

I have had my time with you guys, but you are full of lies and lacking below zero the customer service - all in all you seem more like a fraudulent company rather than a legit one so in the next weeks please expect:

1. More reviews
2. I will identify all the companies that work under the same umbrella as yours and more reviews will follow
3. Legal case
4. Complains at the legal authorities in Denmark and Cases to be opened

I am not going to give up until this is fixed

I have reached out to mytrip.com to help me out and refund the amount paid for two flight tickets that were cancelled less than 2 weeks before my flight in 2022.

Not sure where to start

Not sure where to start.

I had an unpleasant start moving to Callme:

1. When requesting the move from my previous phone company to Callme I was expecting that Callme would honour and act on the change on the time mentioned when filling the request on their page. Unluckily this has not happened and had to postpone my number flytning a month later which resulted in an overcharge from the previous company, that I had to pay myself.

2. I was overcharged by Callme with 334 dkk for something I never agreed with using nor was pre-informed that charges can occur - which I find it quite abusive and non-user oriented in terms of pricing regulations and restrictions

Overall I just get a sour taste of what is to be a customer at a company that so far does not seem to be customer oriented and just to be there for making money, no matter how fair/legal the actions are

Family member deceased - zero empathy - no help

I have reached out to flybillet for help with changing the dates for a flight that we were suppose to have this week that was via Norwegian. I have mentioned that a family member passed away and that we cannot make it for the trip booked.

Then they mentioned that they cannot help although on the site there is a policy that states in case of immediate family member death they wave any charges and they do it for free.

They simply did not care and said they cannot do anyting.

It is such a bad experience and zero human empathy towards a situation that should be treated differently that I can really believe people can be so rude and have zero feelings for such extraordinary circustamces.....

Not negative, but there is zero character and empathy towards such circumstances. And that is only you that is not willing to help as Norwegian mentioned that the agency through which I booked is responsible.

Worst experience in the bowling lane

Worst experience in the bowling lane - only problems with the lane, the system did not work - spent more than 50% of the time to complain at the bar because the system got stuck then we had to move to 4 different lanes - Awwwwfffuul

And when we went to the Bar to say that it would be fair to get that amount spent randomly running around because the whole system did not work - they said we can give you 10 minutes otherwise you should speak to my boss... How come you do not have responsibility to provide proper customer service???

I will stay away from this place - if you want a great experience and nice memory with your friends go somewhere else - this is a trap from customer service to the actual playground....To avoid - You should not function in the first place until you fix all these issues.....Money paid to the state....money thrown over the window - Good job

Sent a scooter to service many weeks ago - still no update

Shameful service experience with my xiaomi pro 2 and Elgiganten that cannot keep up and update a customer with the service status - after sending my scooter first because of battery problems I get it back worse than sent (waited 6 weeks) and added a battery that was faulty - then I sent it back the day after and now after almost another 7 weeks - no update

Now I have been requested my money back or having it replaces as it is taking ages to have it back and was refused.

Totally bad experience and I have been told that I can complain to forbrug /nævnehus if I do not agree - which I would do today

Such a pain - little did I know about this service - I would have looked elsewhere ...

Wrong information on the site about a product ..... so I ordered a watch strap - on the site it says 20mm - i pick it up and is 22mm - so I spend 1 hour to travel there and what I get is a refund without a receipt or even an email confirmation .... You have one job when selling items - Write a proper product description!!!

Totally Unprofessional employee - rude behaviour

Totally Unprofessional employee -

This company used to be better and people were more serious until - I have booked a trip from Malmo to Copenhagen for my friend and they did not respect the schedule saying that instead of 16:30 they have to leave at 18:00 - which would mess up the plans my friend had.

We were not even informed ahead of time.

Now the real scandal starts when I called the customer service and there is this guy (non danis/swedish) He was quite aggressive - shouting at me and saying bad jokes about the situation my friend was part of

I asked for a refund as they were not respecting the time and then he starting shouting and telling me that he cannot pay employees - Your problem is not my problem - there are specific laws you need to follow - You do not make the rules yourself in this society

I ended up having him closing the phone in my face while he was shouting, although I was talking calmly with him.

He was really disrespectful and will open a case at Forbrug.dk as this is not in accordance with the customer rights and it was harassing me verbally on the phone

You used to be a good company but as they say - People are making the difference - and now had the bad luck to talk with an a*****e

Poor Quality

Poor Quality - got a stelton coffee/tea insulated Jug for quite an expensive price compared to what one could get from other brands and in less than a year - the wooden handle (which is not wood btw) faded away and you could see the plastic cracking......

Maybe you should reconsider the quality used in your products before placing these on the market... Just saying - you lost me as a customer after this dissapointment

Hi Andy please contact the store where you purchased the jug, bring you receipt and let them have a look at it. The handle of the jug is 100% wood with a lacquer to protect the beechwood on the top, so if handled according to the care instructions of the jug, the problem you describe should not occur.

Received the product without an…

Received the product without an attached item that is supposed to come with it, second order same problem - you should inspect your products before sending - it is not fun to freeze my money until refunded because of lack focus...

Next, not sure why I am getting only half of the shipment refunded as I received a product missing parts and I am the one paying half of the shipment...really do not get that as it is not my fault that I am receiving incomplete products...

Used to be better before...

Terrible experience...

Terrible experience....

I was supposed to receive a package in 1-2 days according to what they promise.

Now, they could not deliver my package because it was ''too big'' (I am pretty sure it would have fit any of the instabox around that have the big space.

Anyway, in my journey to find a solution so I can receive my package - they could only offer wednesday - although they were suppose to deliver it asap, as Monday were already 4 days ...

After a lot of push and emails, promises and sms's written we have agreed that I will be taking the package myself from their hub in the city ... (not ideal) but could not bother them more than this

I am wondering why do you promise 1-2 days delivery if that can't be delivered .....

After this experience I will stay away from this company ....
