We have rented a property from your ownership via booking.com circa 8000dkk for 3 nights for 5 people for the luxury apartment at Sandkås Seaview in Allinge.
Now, we received the cheaper room, although we paid for the expensive one where we had to share the terrace patio with other people.
Next, we had a grill that was not working, I have proof as video , and contacted the reception but the ladies there provided zero help and we had to throw out all the grill meat we acquired before....
Another disturbing part of the experience was that the air conditioning was pouring cold water when in use directly on the floor and wall and we have a video that was shown to the reception and they said that we should not use the air conditioning in this case - I mean I am paying the price to have all these facilities and then the reception tells me what I should do in the room? Quite a disrespectful attitude
Lastly, when we arrived the shower drain was clogged and we had water all over the place in the bathroom. We informed the reception and barely managed to get it fixed.
All in all the overall experience with the accommodation was the worst so far from whatever we encountered in Denmark throughout 11 years of travelling around the country.
Therefore I would like compensation for all this hassle and time wasted + bad time we had in there without the issues being fixed.
I will be glad to send you further photos and proof to confirm that these experiences were real.
