Raised the payment without my approval or prior notice ....
As a company binded under the EU regulations I would expect that a raise in the service provided would be announced prior to the customer and it is up to me to decide whether I would accept the raise in price and if not I should be able to cancel the contract
This way of doing business is a bit disappointing Djøf and quite unethical considering that you cannot ask us to pay random prices that you decide to raise without event aligning with the customers , this is quite a disappointment, when I thought you are professionals.
And your colleague tells me it is an index regulation and it applies to all customers - quite a vague explanation right? Is like I am suppose to accept any raise in price that you decide whenever
I will speak to a legal advisor and will terminate the contract I have and avoid recommending you to anyone in my group of friends - Big Mistake
