Transport cancelled due to flight delay
Our flight was delayed for 2 hours and while in the plane they have send email that they can not provide transport from Malmo to Copenhagen. So when arriving in Malmo passengers did not have clue that they don't have transport and we need to find our way ourselves to get to Copenhagen.
When tickets are booked, passengers are asked to provide flight destination. What is the purpose of that if you don't provide transport in case of delay .
Also no refund offered, just rebooking the tickets.
