Transport cancelled due to flight delay

Our flight was delayed for 2 hours and while in the plane they have send email that they can not provide transport from Malmo to Copenhagen. So when arriving in Malmo passengers did not have clue that they don't have transport and we need to find our way ourselves to get to Copenhagen.

When tickets are booked, passengers are asked to provide flight destination. What is the purpose of that if you don't provide transport in case of delay .

Also no refund offered, just rebooking the tickets.

Legal SCAM

Avoid this company at as much a possible. The current rating you see does not reflect reality.
When you book a return from the Malmo airport to Copenhagen, despite them explicitly stating on the ticket that you have to be on time otherwise the bus company is in their right to leave without you, it will also in their decision that even if you are on time you may need to wait more than 1h in the bus for it depart, as they simply decide in order to save trip, to wait for the next plane to land. Which means if you land late, there is a chance they left and no refund, if you land on time there is a chance you wait more than 1h of your time in the airport simply because they decided so, ONCE AGAIN no REFUND, and believe I tried. So sum, poor service, the price does not justify whatsoever the experience for slightly more you can take the shuttle bus to Malmo and than switch to a train to Copenhagen, much better and safer option. AVOID NEPTUNBUS

Warning: Prepare for a night in Malmö Airport

If you have an evening plane that get's delayed more than 2 hours, Neptunbus will leave you abandoned and alone, possibly cold, in Malmo Airport where there's absolutely nothing nearby, not even public transport at night.

This is copied from their terms and conditions:

"2.7 If the expected departure from Malmo Airport is delayed by more than two hours due to the delayed arrival of the plane to Malmo Airport (or in the case of a combined transfer - planes), the carrier does not guarantee transfer.

In this situation, the passenger has the right to choose between:

- the use of a given ticket for another transfer within the next 24 hours, (if there are available seats), the ticket expires after 24 hours,

- change of the ticket for any date and route to be used for 3 months. This change will require an additional rebooking fee in accordance with our price list."

It's a sad sense of responsibility they feel for their customers. Just avoid relying on them.

Totally Unprofessional employee - rude behaviour

Totally Unprofessional employee -

This company used to be better and people were more serious until - I have booked a trip from Malmo to Copenhagen for my friend and they did not respect the schedule saying that instead of 16:30 they have to leave at 18:00 - which would mess up the plans my friend had.

We were not even informed ahead of time.

Now the real scandal starts when I called the customer service and there is this guy (non danis/swedish) He was quite aggressive - shouting at me and saying bad jokes about the situation my friend was part of

I asked for a refund as they were not respecting the time and then he starting shouting and telling me that he cannot pay employees - Your problem is not my problem - there are specific laws you need to follow - You do not make the rules yourself in this society

I ended up having him closing the phone in my face while he was shouting, although I was talking calmly with him.

He was really disrespectful and will open a case at Forbrug.dk as this is not in accordance with the customer rights and it was harassing me verbally on the phone

You used to be a good company but as they say - People are making the difference - and now had the bad luck to talk with an a*****e

This busservice is a scandal, avoid at any cost

This busservice is a scandal.

We have never sufered so much claustrofobia and pain as in this bus ride to Copenhagen, never felt so discusting, than to take this bus, they are super small and seats are narrow, just sit like an animal. You can feel the stench of other people, it was a rainy day and people came from Ohrid/North Macedonia and many people were plain out swetting. Worst experience of my life. I will warn against these busses and this company. Nothing good to say.

Good experience

I can warmly recommend Neptunbus for transfers Copenhagen to Malmö. Had a flight at 16.20 and needed transfer from Copenhagen. The bus left at 13.30 sharp as planned and got to Malmö Airport in exactly one hour.

Do not use if you want to get on a plane

The bus didn't pick us up from the agreed stop. As a result, we needed to take a train and taxi to (hardly) make it to the plane in the middle of the night. After our complaint and request to cover our additional expenses, they told us that we haven't provided the booking number in the initial e-mail so that the agreement was not VALID, even though they confirmed the pickup and never asked about this detail. This company is a joke.

STOLEN LUGGAGE

STOLEN LUGGAGE!
We took neptunbus from Malme airport to Copenhagen on May 5th, at approximate 11 pm. We put our big trolley in the down compartment of the bus and startet our drive. There was a bus stop at Copenhagen airport where some people got down and the next stop was next to the trainstation where we got off the bus. When we whanted to get our big trolley from the bus it was no more. We ran out of our luggage. Someone took it out off the bus and went away with it. We asked for the bus company to help us, to find it, but they said that they haven't had this problem before. Police did not helped us so…
The main point is: beware of your goods, do not leave your luggage in the bus without guarding them. They will get stolen so fast and easy as ours were.

Don't rely on Neptunbus, don't buy tickets in advance

Bad service. My flight arriving to Malmo was delayed. While I was waiting already to collect my baggage, I got a call from Neptunbus that the bus was waiting (so I explained I was waiting for my bag), 10 minutes later when I got the bag, I could not see the bus. the call was from a private number and it was outside office hours so I could not even confirm if the bus already left or I simply could not find it. Had to find and pay for alternative transport.

Of course I can't blame the company for not waiting for every passenger in case of delayed flights, but if they could call me when they were waiting, they could also let me know they had to depart, what would be nice to know when you are left at the airport late in the evening before a work day. Also based on this experience, not sure what's the point of providing the flight number at all.

I made a reservation

I made a reservation, the next day the driver didn't know about the reservation. We called the same number as the day before and confirmed that we made a reservation.
Now the driver wants more money though.
