These guys are very fast to take your money and plenty of it but don't expect any level of service or cover from them. The only thing you can be guaranteed of is that they will not answer the phone when you need them and that they will do anything to not pay out a claim. I have a 12K multicar policy and get treated like muck.

Let down on two occasions, firstly traveled to London on their instruction to collect a f/shirt to be told after waiting to be served for 30 mins that it was not available. Second time, traveled to London and collected a shirt for my son and the printing on the back was completely wrong. To add insult to injury, just try giving the customer service line a call, its geared up from the off to get rid of you with a 20 min minimum delay built in.

Possibly the worst customer service EVER! I bought a tree (£400) which was too small, had to buy the replacement (£800) and send the first tree back for a credit as they did not do exchanges. It was a struggle just to get a returns label in the first place, we are now 20 days down the line and i have not been refunded. Their customer service team has not got a clue, they fed me with a load of rubbish and tried to brush me off by telling me that the tree had not been sent back. The tree WAS sent back and received on the 15th December by one of their employees, It was left to me to bring that to their attention, I sent them the POD by email and received a mail back telling me that they were busy and would get round to my refund when they could! I will never recommend them or use them again which is a real shame as the products are good.
