WORST SERVICE EVER!

Possibly the worst customer service EVER! I bought a tree (£400) which was too small, had to buy the replacement (£800) and send the first tree back for a credit as they did not do exchanges. It was a struggle just to get a returns label in the first place, we are now 20 days down the line and i have not been refunded. Their customer service team has not got a clue, they fed me with a load of rubbish and tried to brush me off by telling me that the tree had not been sent back. The tree WAS sent back and received on the 15th December by one of their employees, It was left to me to bring that to their attention, I sent them the POD by email and received a mail back telling me that they were busy and would get round to my refund when they could! I will never recommend them or use them again which is a real shame as the products are good.
