My daughter spent £180 in uxbridge…

My daughter spent £180 in uxbridge store,she feels very uncomfortable in changing rooms so some items didn't fit and normally she has the receipts and will go in and exchange for something else as she regularly shops there
On this occasion she has lost her receipt and primark policy won't even allow her to exchange even though they still got tags on and in bag she purchased to
She has proof of transaction on her bank statement!!! Surely this should count for something

Ai bots as customer support

Trying to communicate with talk talk when having issues is impossible have to go through too many ai bots till connected to so called agents which are very nice people and try to help but find have to go through the same crap to connect again as not fixed the issue then you get lots of messages to tell you they found solution that takes you straight back to ai bot when press link. cheap price broadband for cheap faceless creature service🤯have been without Internet for over a week is a joke really !! Was expecting a call from case manager on 4 September between 12 -2 pm that did not receive, have been informed they calling tomorrow morning and again received another txt with link telling me if still experiencing issues to connect to a agent ( bot) to arrange for engineer to come to property after engineers had just left here today ? is sending me mad!.
Still no Internet
When service is good and no issues is good but sooooo bad when in need of customers support

Happy dog !

Love the products that woofs sell as know they are a fantastic quality and worth the price you pay
Downfall is lack of customer/ seller communication!!!
My issue is resolved today and my dog was thrilled with his red fish cookies
He has a intolerance to alot of food so when found woofs was a delight as he can tolerate and most importantly gets excited as he enjoys them !
Just wish i had more confidence in customer service as is most frustrating when delivery dont arrive when expected and get no answer on phone or email
Going forward hope this is something that will change , as i said earlier the products are very good and my dog would be unimpressed if i discontinue to purchase for him!!!

Cowboys united

Called out of hours on Sunday 3pm to alert them I had leak from kitchen sink and was having to empty washing up bowl every 10 minutes to try to contain the water was told someone would be out in 4 hours
No one arrived till 12pm Sunday night, job was too big to finish so had to turn water off from mains leaving me no water but pipe still dripping water, and was told someone would be out in morning to repair the leak
It is now Monday at 4pm and no one has attended
After numerous calls to a2 and pyramid plus have been told a contractor will be out on Tuesday morning between 8-9.30
I live in upstairs maisonette and cannot contain the leak that is still dripping down the back of cupboard and possibly down through ceiling of neighbours kitchen
The service pyramid provide is terrible
No communication from them unless I had called them and then was told they could not do the job till report had been done, so who had the report marked as urgent??!!?? communication within this company is not all that either
The young man that did attend on Sunday night was very nice and too could not understand why from 3pm no one attended till he arrived at 12pm
A2 out of hours had issues getting through to pyramid which I find disturbing as would have thought they would have better communication in this day and age ,

Get bus .... it quicker

Booked taxi on the shiny app !! For 6 after receiving no txt at 5.55 called to make sure was booked and was told would be with me shortly after calling back 6.30 was told would be 15 minute then received txt telling me booking was priority and car was on way , 15 minutes later txt to tell me my car was cancelled 😤
Called to ask what was happening and told car had broken down and no other car was available

Disgusting customer service go to John Lewis

I recently purchased a cooker waiting in all day on day was due for delivery when checked on tracker was not out for delivery, to try and find out what was happening was ridiculous
When I finally got to speak to someone communicating was terrible and got conveniently cut off before could resolve anything
Got to speak to someone through txt service and found out driver was off sick and would be delivering today arranging 1-5 as I had commitments in morning
Then I get confirmation last night saying would be delivering between 7-11?????
Drivers were quick and very efficient which was great but customer service is awful, even in store colleagues sit at back of my local South ruislip store to hide from customers!!! My advice would be go elsewhere, may pay a bit more but actually paying someone for a service instead of letting faceless creatures hide behind robot reply service
