Disgusting customer service go to John Lewis
I recently purchased a cooker waiting in all day on day was due for delivery when checked on tracker was not out for delivery, to try and find out what was happening was ridiculous
When I finally got to speak to someone communicating was terrible and got conveniently cut off before could resolve anything
Got to speak to someone through txt service and found out driver was off sick and would be delivering today arranging 1-5 as I had commitments in morning
Then I get confirmation last night saying would be delivering between 7-11?????
Drivers were quick and very efficient which was great but customer service is awful, even in store colleagues sit at back of my local South ruislip store to hide from customers!!! My advice would be go elsewhere, may pay a bit more but actually paying someone for a service instead of letting faceless creatures hide behind robot reply service
