Dispatch was really fast but incorrect…

Dispatch was really fast but incorrect delivery address on parcel (according to UPS) parcel been sat in depot over a week and still no update on when it will be delivered.

Update!

I want to clarify that Test4less dispatched my order very quickly and my disappointment was with UPS and as you can see from the reply from test4less there customer service is very good as i had not contacted them when having issues with delivery i will and was already planning on using test4less again and have already recommended them to other engineers as i find them to be the best priced company for my filters. Thank you test4less team for your response and good will gesture of a refund only reason for 4 stars is due to UPS delays in redelivery

Perhaps a bit slow but otherwise excellent

Used their calibration service for the first time, and no complaints. They tell you 10 working days turnaround, and the only word of caution I'd offer is that they mean it: you'll be without your instruments for 10 working days. So make sure you won't be needing them or that you've got a backup.

Looks to be a decent calibration job though, it didn't cost much and the instruments were returned with all accessories. I'll use them again, but as I say, be sure to book your calibration to coincide with a holiday or make sure you've got backup units.

Can’t be bothered attitude and any when you call to see how things are progressing, you’re met with an abrupt attitude, you’re an inconvenience to them, not a customer who’s trying to work with them.

Great customer support

Was contacted by Alan as there was an issue with the suppliers end (not Test4Less fault) situation was explained and the next day charge was waived and the analyser was then delivered that Saturday at no extra cost, great customer service and lovely people on there customer support team.

Great Customer Service

Joshua and the team at Test4Less were really helpful. I had purchased a Di-Log test kit online but there were supplier issues, which meant that I had been without a test instrument for a number of weeks. Joshua and his managment team couldn't have helped more in trying to resolve the issue, but unfortuantely the supplier still had issues. In the end, Test4Less provided me with an upgraded model in the MeggerMF1720, which is a brilliant bit of kit.

Thanks for all your help with this Joshua.

Best service and price

Having had my van broken into and everything stolen. I contacted test for less who I brought the previous analyser from.
They did a 5 star job got me a new one very quickly and the best price .
Wouldn't go anywhere else

Customer Service

As always, Test 4 Less are very good at communication, I ordered a product over the weekend, and I was contact 1st thing on Monday to say that was out of stock, but k needed a new voltage tester for my inspection and my one had broken, and while talking on the we discussed the options and had a tester that meets my needs sent out to me asap. So as always a fantastic service, I always use Test 4 Less and will be using the company again in the future.

I never received confirmation of my…

I never received confirmation of my order. I had to log in to the website to confirm that it had gone through.
The courier arrived with item, again with no contact and it was only by chance that someone was in to receive it. Having said that, I am happy with the analyser.

Poor experience

Poor experience. I received my products, but a lot later than stated having paid for expedited delivery. Communication from the company was awful. I had to call them to ask where my order was, having not received anything for a week and was told one of the items I had ordered wasn’t in stock but they had emailed me to tell me this and that my order was on hold. I checked all email folders and couldn’t find anything. I had to ring them again to say I also hadn’t received an invoice receipt, to which I was told “we have emailed you so that’s your problem”. I’ve now recently tried to return an item and they said they would email me a return form, again no reply. Started to think there was an issue with emailing system, however the reminder to provide a review has come through fine. Confirms a level of Unprofessionalism and no courtesy or empathy for their customers

Looking into the only order on the system with your full name, Louis Tasker, I can see that an order was placed at 9:36pm on 20.11. One of our team members then contacted you via email on 21.11 to advise of the out-of-stock item. Apologies if you didn't receive this. Once the team had made contact with you, on 22.12, we switched the out-of-stock product with an 'in stock' alternative' and immediately dispatched this to you.

Our courier tracking shows that the parcel was delivered on 23.11 at 2.19pm, and left in a safe place. An SMS notification of this was sent to you. Could you clarify where your week waiting time came from? If there is any discrepancy in our information, we'd very much like to get to the bottom of it.

I would also like to clarify that review requests come from us but via TrustPilot directly, so any automated messages sent via our own emailing system potentially could've been filtered out.

If you could let us know your order number to confirm, we can look into this further for you. Kind regards, Test4Less.
