Poor experience
Poor experience. I received my products, but a lot later than stated having paid for expedited delivery. Communication from the company was awful. I had to call them to ask where my order was, having not received anything for a week and was told one of the items I had ordered wasn’t in stock but they had emailed me to tell me this and that my order was on hold. I checked all email folders and couldn’t find anything. I had to ring them again to say I also hadn’t received an invoice receipt, to which I was told “we have emailed you so that’s your problem”. I’ve now recently tried to return an item and they said they would email me a return form, again no reply. Started to think there was an issue with emailing system, however the reminder to provide a review has come through fine. Confirms a level of Unprofessionalism and no courtesy or empathy for their customers
