Review of Test4Less
Dispatch was really fast but incorrect delivery address on parcel (according to UPS) parcel been sat in depot over a week and still no update on when it will be delivered.

I want to clarify that Test4less dispatched my order very quickly and my disappointment was with UPS and as you can see from the reply from test4less there customer service is very good as i had not contacted them when having issues with delivery i will and was already planning on using test4less again and have already recommended them to other engineers as i find them to be the best priced company for my filters. Thank you test4less team for your response and good will gesture of a refund only reason for 4 stars is due to UPS delays in redelivery

While we did dispatch your order promptly, we regret that it arrived at the wrong address. We've looked into the details of your order and can see there was some confusion with the address provided during checkout. Unfortunately, our current system doesn't yet support postcode lookups or clearly distinguish between flats, apartments, or houses - something we are now actively working on improving thanks to your review.
As a gesture of goodwill and to resolve this for you, we will issue a full refund for your order. We really appreciate your feedback, it highlights areas where we can do better, and helps us improve for all customers.
