I never received confirmation of my order. I had to log in to the website to confirm that it had gone through.
The courier arrived with item, again with no contact and it was only by chance that someone was in to receive it. Having said that, I am happy with the analyser.

We can only apologise that you didn't receive any order confirmation; our system shows that confirmation was automatically sent, so it may have defaulted to your spam email folder. This may have also been the case with the delivery notification.
