You ordered on the afternoon of 25th July and we dispatched your order on 26th with Royal Mail, to be with you on 28th. I can see on the tracking it was delivered on 30th, 4 days after we dispatched. I'm sorry to read that is didn't arrive as expected but unfortunately we have no control over Royal Mail.

Nothing wrong with the shops.
Great friendly staff always helpful.
Problem is website. Absolutely infuriating. Try searching for 15mm john guest pipe. Everything but pipe. Sorry if you dont know the codes or exact name of item its useless.
Even when you do get a result you get no price just online product to view only. And I'm an account holder.

Ordered a flue gas analyser said it was in stock with next dsy delivery.
Got order confirmation same day.
Expected email saying posted.
Nothing for 2 days.
On enquiring on order found out not in stock. Thanks for letting me know.
Had to then find another one with next day delivery as work schedule now out window.
Very poor customer service

Paid for next day delivery came 3 days later.
Tried ringing 8 -9 times no one answers.
Emailed 4 times only replied when it had been delivered and then they only wanted to know if it had been delivered nothing else.
Stay well clear I was lucky it was only shower brackets and not something that could be damaged.
