Perhaps a bit slow but otherwise excellent

Used their calibration service for the first time, and no complaints. They tell you 10 working days turnaround, and the only word of caution I'd offer is that they mean it: you'll be without your instruments for 10 working days. So make sure you won't be needing them or that you've got a backup.

Looks to be a decent calibration job though, it didn't cost much and the instruments were returned with all accessories. I'll use them again, but as I say, be sure to book your calibration to coincide with a holiday or make sure you've got backup units.

The worst courier I have ever known

By far and away the worst courier I have ever known. "The receiver is no longer in business." I think we're up to the fourth time now with this nonsense. The sender has phoned them twice to tell them that we are indeed in business - conspicuously so - and receive copious quantities of parcels and letters every day. My parcel might arrive today after causing massive delays and inconvenience on site, but I have a feeling they'll do another no show with zero attempt to deliver. This is by no means my first dire experience with UPS but I'm hoping it'll be the last. Awful.

Excellent service; iffy goods

Service is always pretty awesome - the goods arrive that fast it's scary! The quality is variable though - I've had 1000mm cantilever arms that were like bananas, for e.g.. I don't want to be too damning, as I say, the service is really good and I appreciate that the stuff is 'to a price'; but even so.

Very professional

Ordered a few times now and on each occasion, the service was excellent. The correct goods were shipped on time, and arrived on site the next day. I might add that when I needed advice, this was forthcoming.

Direct Channel will be my go-to supplier going forward.
