Okay so I got a response from messaging their instagram page, so I would definitely recommend that approach if you aren’t receiving any emails. I didn’t get money back but I got store credit, honestly not ideal as I did send it within the timeframe but international logistics made that impossible. Have changed to 3 stars due to response and some resolution.

Sent items back (due to sizing) within the correct timeframe, paid £30 to ship internationally back to Australia, item has been signed for but no refund 🙃 Im expecting around £180 back - Ive lost around £70 already in taxes and posting back, which Im happy to accept as it was my decision, but not sure why they won’t refund me back the dresses they now have… they also aren’t answering any of my emails. I would be cautious buying here unfortunately 😢
