The worst retirement investment ever. After I left my company and got a new job, I’ve been trying to roll over my 401K to my new retirement provider and guideline has not once sent my check or help me deal with the roll over. It’s been 14 months since I’ve started my roll over and guideline keeps telling me different things from their customer service support. Their process is all messed up, delayed email responses, customer service is not even valuable, it’s a joke! Avoid Guideline at all costs! Do not invest your time, money, and headache here.

I’ve ordered and returned items before. My previously returned tracking history froze for 1.5 weeks and I contacted customer service via email. They responded back within a couple of minutes and the credit was in my account minutes later before they even received my package in the warehouse. Only reason why it I gave them a 4/5 is the technological tracking that froze for 1.5 weeks. Will still buy again.
