Great customer service!
I ordered a dress which unfortunately arrived faulty, but the team was quick to make it right. They covered the return shipping and issued me a credit straight away, which was a huge relief as I needed the dress urgently for my bridesmaid and was worried it would sell out.
The customer service team was super responsive I had some trouble logging into my account and Kara from live chat had it sorted within 10 minutes. Shipping was quick, and the return process was really easy.
It would’ve been 5 stars if the dress hadn’t been faulty, but the way they handled everything was impressive!
