3 very capable men, knew what they were doing and soon got the suite put together and Installed. Very professional and polite. Delivery was advised and times kept to.

Honestly, buy at your own risk. STAY AWAY!!

This company deserves zero stars. Do not be enticed by their sales tactics or cheap sofas, you will regret it. They are nothing short of charlatans and scoundrels, more concerned with hitting profit targets than providing even the most basic level of customer service.
I placed an order back in December, and months later, I am still waiting for a delivery. I’ve been sent in endless circles with no accountability or resolution. Calling their customer service is a nightmare, you can be left on hold for eight hours or more, and if you request a callback, expect to wait 48–72 hours (if anyone even bothers).
Trying to file a complaint is equally pointless. They either "never receive it" or blame a mysterious backlog. Of course they do, it’s clear they are overwhelmed because this company is fundamentally broken.
The experience has caused me significant distress and wasted time, and I am demanding a full refund as well as compensation for the unacceptable ordeal. Frankly, this company should be liquidated or investigated by Consumer Watchdog or Trading Standards. Their practices are misleading, exploitative, and disrespectful to customers.
Avoid at all costs.

Worth the wait

Although it arrived a couple of months after first predicted that was a bonus for us as our move was delayed. Our sales rep kept us updated throughout and was really helpful. The Ferndale grey corner sofa is beautiful and the delivery was good really helpful and polite chaps.

Bonach and his colleague delivered the sofa very efficiently. They arrived on time, were polite and even removed their shoes so they get my newly cleaned carpet dirty. Very pleased and I would strongly recommend again.

The worst customer experience I have…

The worst customer experience I have ever had.

I ordered a sofa set from SCS on 13th October 2024 from Bianca and Abs at the Stevenage shop, with an estimated delivery date on 22nd November (as per my order confirmation). However, I have not yet received my order and today it is 25th February 2025.

Staff did not process my order until 23rd October, despite me paying a £1,500 deposit on 13th October when my order was placed. I was told that the manufacturer cut-off date for Christmas delivery was 21st October and therefore I will not be receiving my sofas in time for Christmas.

I was then told to expect delivery in mid- January 2025. I have not received my order and nobody can give me an estimated delivery date (the system still says 10th January, despite it now being the end of February).

I have telephoned the contact centre multiple times and cannot provide any sort of status update. They promise to investigate and ring me back, but nobody calls me back. I was due a call back yesterday from Ryan, a call centre team leader, and he did not call.

The call centre wait times are over 250 minutes long, which is unacceptable. I spend hours on hold, waiting for somebody to answer the telephone. And when they pick up, they fob me off.

Staff from the Stevenage team do not email me back and are now ignoring me (I have 8 unanswered emails from them since January).

SCS cannot treat their customers this poorly. You have had £1,500 deposit money from me since I placed the order in October and nobody can give me the courtesy of updating me on the whereabouts of my sofas. Absolutely disgraceful.
