Absolutely shocking experience
Absolutely shocking experience, pushy sales but they don’t deliver on any thing they’ve said.
Called me difficult because I didn’t want to pay a private courier £100 upfront & get my delivery charge refunded up to 5 working days later (just to point out this was after not having the delivery for the past 3 planed dates) so felt like either pay £100 or don’t get the sofa.
Then the storage pouffe was later than planned & they kept changing their dates & expecting us to always be available for them.
The sofa came with stains (granted the store gave me cleaning solution & sponge to clean) & pouffe came damaged & was told the driver will report it & gave us no instructions on how we could report the damage.
Store manager advised using the no interest finance option as we didn’t have the total funds on that day & planned to return a week later but he wanted to push the sale.
Told that payment would not be taken until delivery yet I noticed I payed from the original delivery date & not when I received the Pouffe.
The positive:
They did give us lamps & a cushion at a cheaper rate due to use being messed around (with the sofa delivery).
We love the furniture & it was the best quality for the price & most definitely happy with the purchase just wish the journey was bettter.
