Found the owner who fixed my daughters bike very helpfull and polite and charges a very reasonable price.

The fact that Ross Cycles will collect and return your bike for repairs makes life a lot easier.

Ross replaced gears, brake pads, derailleur and rear wheel. Great job and feels like a different bike. Smooth, quiet ride and no more creaking!
