Brilliant next day service saved my bacon! The card looks great.

Viovet has great pricing. I set up a repeating order for cat food. Early on in the subscription one delivery came very late, but I let it go and carried on with the subscription. It’s been okay for the past few months.

However, the most recent delivery was dispatched- and then I received an email from the carrier to say the delivery had been cancelled. No explanation, no communication from Viovet. It has been five working days since I contacted Viovet. They have over £70 of my money, and I have no cat food in return.

I’ve cancelled my repeating order. No matter how good the pricing, if they don’t actually deliver the order then it’s clearly a false economy. Such a shame.

Looking forward to seeing if I get a response here following multiple ignored emails.

Shockingly slow claim handling. My claim has been with Manypets for more than 6 weeks. I had to call them to find out what was happening; it turns out they hadn't requested the necessary information from my previous vet - and clearly would not have done had I not called. My old vet returned paperwork as soon as it was requested.

A week later and still no update. I spoke to customer services (after 30 minutes in the queue) who said they'd accelerate my claim (why not already done?!) but still couldn't guarantee it would take less than another two weeks.

I have already put in a complaint, and will escalate it to the Ombudsman if the complaint (separate to the claim) is not resolved within the mandatory eight weeks. I'm not holding my breath.

Absolutely dreadful service levels. I wish I'd gone with Petplan.

A quick edit: I note from other reviews that they've been saying they are 'busier than usual' since at least August 2023. They're still using the same excuse. Be warned.

I absolutely love our new oilcloth tablecloth. It’s proper oilcloth rather than pvc and is a beautiful print. Even with finished edges it came pretty quickly. Would definitely order from here again.

I’ve had a couple of rucksacks for work from Mia Tui. They’re good quality and great value; plus it’s worth waiting for discounts which tend to be regular and generous. It seems like a nice firm - UK based.

Bought a sofa and armchair today. A very thorough process, pleasantly handled by Matthew.

Love these glasses - I have a couple of pairs in different colours. They are so lightweight and easy to wear.
The case is a bit fiddly, and shipping is relatively expensive (though they’re coming from France so we know what to blame for increased import costs).

Our first service with Cars4You, which were recommended by a neighbour. They have been very friendly and helpful, and did the best they could to quickly source and fit an unexpected couple of new tyres.

This is the second time I've bought a bed and mattress from Beds on Legs. Great quality products and good customer service: I got a call to see if we'd like to have the deliveries combined, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Very useful to find suppliers when you don't already have a local recommendation. The reviews from customers are really helpful. I've found a number of suppliers through Checkatrade and they've all been good.

We used Zava for Day 2 tests on return from Greece. Not the cheapest, but the cheapest tend to be fraudulent- and still a decent price in comparison to others. We ordered tests whilst on holiday and they were waiting for us when we arrived home. Very easy to self administer, and results have come through promptly.

Absolutely delighted with the iphone we ordered. ‘Very good’ condition looks flawless to me, and it arrived very quickly, well packaged with a charging cable and the pin you need to release the SIM. Very good.

Five star service at St Pancras today. Lovely friendly team who were able to replace a badly smashed screen in 30 mins and took the time to test and fix a minor problem. Plus they kindly didn’t tell me off for bringing it in with a flat battery 😃. Thanks!

Very easy to apply, and by miles the best quote we got, either from storage insurance specialists or the self store place itself.

First class service! I needed an awkward piece of furniture to be moved up one floor (having failed to do it ourselves, we realised we needed professionals), and within 20 minutes of calling B Moved it was done and dusted as they were able to get a team to stop off on their way to another job.
