Easy to book a puncture repair online; Ross also found that one of the brake lines had frayed and replaced this to ensure my daughter continued to be safe on her bike. He even noticed that I had paid online and my husband paid on collection and was quick to refund (we hadn't even noticed that we both had paid!)
Review of SMC Coach Hire
It was a great experience booking with SMC Coach hire. Very easy and hassle free! Our coach was driven by Stephen - who rang in advance to check the arrangements were correct and what the parking situation was like. This was due to us booking a 16 seater minibus but a coach being used - it was very clean and tidy - he also arrived earlier than the time given for us to begin our journey, which made it all less stressful. On the return journey, he was also early to meet us which was great as the activity actually finished earlier than originally thought so we headed back home with extra time to get ready to head out for the evening - he was extremely friendly and asked how our activity was.
I would definitely recommend and would book again with this company.
