J'adore Franklin - c'était une recommendation d'une voisine pour mon chien sensible, un bouledogue français qui avait souvent des problèmes gastriques quand il était petit. Quand j'ai changé pour les croquettes agneau avec patate douce, il s'est bien stabilisé et nous avons utilisé ces croquettes depuis. J'étais toujours très satisfait et le service client est au top également. J'aime bien qu'il y a peu des ingrédients avec un seul protein et la qualité est très bonne.

I ordered from La Redoute and the delivery was supposed to be done by this company. Already programming the delivery was super weird - they sent text messages that looked like scam with clickable links even just to confirm the delivery, not just to modify the date. When the guy arrived in a run-in-the-mill rental car, he was quite unfriendly and not very well organised. Turned out he had only part of my delivery and was no help whatsoever trying to figure out what is up with the rest. Customer service is not very reactive and I even had a lot of back and forth with La Redoute the last couple days because apparently they have no idea either where the products ended up.
