DO NOT PURCHASE!!

This company is a scam, DO NOT PURCHASE!! I ordered on the 18th May and still have not received the product. Contacted customer support for further assistance, all they do is blame the courier company. They have another company flexmoves.co.uk with customers complaining with similar bad experiences.

Order and paid for a product that never turned up, tried to get a refund by contacting customer servuce and just got the run around. This company are a bunch of scammers and just take your money and never deliver the product. I raised a dispute with my bank and got my money back that way. Do not order from this company unless you want to be disappointed and ripped off

Defective trash from China

The unit arrived defective and would not work. The company refused to do any refund until I threaten to do a charge back with my bank. They then told me they would give me my money back but I was responsible for the $60 to ship it back to them overseas. Do not do business with this company! It is typical trash from China!

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. Total waste of money. Fails to charge iPhones from version 10 upwards. Customer support totally false. Total thieves. I have a valid order number #25841 and they refuse to return and blank my emails. Be warned and avoid at all costs.

Aquired by PosteItaliane, still bad

They recently got aquired by poste italiane, but they still are providing the worst service ever. No assistence, no reply at their phone numbers, they never came to my house and returned my package to the sender.

Impossible.

I have been following parcel every step every day with Aftership app. While for all other shippers I receive notification immediately when event happens, with nexive I have received alerts few hours after it happened. It seems as their statuses are coming late into Poste Italiane tracking system. In any case, I got alert of undeliverable parcel during night due to missing recipient's data. I went to their offices in the morning and they said parcel was already being shipped back to the sender.

Package lost avoid at all costs

Ordered something from Amazon which unfortunately was handed to Nexive for delivery.
They falsely claimed a failed delivery attempt two times in a row when in fact I was home all day long both times (and yes my doorbell works).
Package still hasn't arrived and the tracking hasn't updated.

Fortunately Amazon support refunded me with ease.

Terrible and dishonest service. I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered two items from Zara and they sent out the tracking number with this courier company. The packages should have been delivered on the 13th. They didn’t arrive. Then they were supposed to arrive on the 15th, again didn’t arrive. No reason either, just uncompleted on the tracking details. Again, I was home all day waiting. A week goes by and I am informed the package will be delivered. Again I wait at home all day and nothing arrives. So so bad. They just waste peoples time and give zero communication. I have emailed three times, and only once did I receive a reply (this morning - telling me the package would arrive today) which it didn’t… avoid at all costs!

Impersonation

I received an alert from Nexive saying that the goods would've been delivered the next day so I kept the day free since they can deliver from 9 to 18. The next day morning I check the tracking and it says that a few minutes earlier I requested to postpone the delivery for the next day. I call the Customer Service right away and they are completely useless and there's nothing to do. A delay would be acceptable but that's impersonation and it's a crime.

Waiting for Godot…

First the package was in transit, then not assigned yet and suddenly on delivery yesterday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. I staid home the whole day and nothing happened. This morning it still showed delivery planned for yesterday and now the website is under maintenance.
I already thought there was something wrong when I noticed that, according to their tracking system, the city of Ferrara belongs to the province of Rovigo. How can you trust a carrier that does not even have a basic knowledge of Italian geography?

literally on every aspect, from the delivery to the customer service.

Useless.
Pointless.

If your package is sent with this courier call the shop/sender and get your money back because you will never see the package.

Parcel lost by Nexive

The primary competence required for a logistics company is not to lose the package. After 10 days wait, and very poor feedback I today receive the news that they are "sorry" but they've lost the parcel and I should contact the sender.

Absolutely worst courier service

Absolutely worst courier service! They make me stay ay home for 3 days in a row because they pretend to deliver a parcel today but it doesn't happen, so since I really need the parcel items for a particular reason I HAVE TO STAY HOME waiting for my delivery!!! The phone talk with their operator didn't give any results. This company is created for cheap money making and the cost of this is customers' nerves!! There's no even 1 positive review, but thousands of very dissappointed customers and I am one of them. YOU MAKE MONEY BY LETTING PEOPLE DOWN!!!
