Terrible and dishonest service. I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered two items from Zara and they sent out the tracking number with this courier company. The packages should have been delivered on the 13th. They didn’t arrive. Then they were supposed to arrive on the 15th, again didn’t arrive. No reason either, just uncompleted on the tracking details. Again, I was home all day waiting. A week goes by and I am informed the package will be delivered. Again I wait at home all day and nothing arrives. So so bad. They just waste peoples time and give zero communication. I have emailed three times, and only once did I receive a reply (this morning - telling me the package would arrive today) which it didn’t… avoid at all costs!

Avoid the post service in Italy

I’ve lived in Italy for years and anything to do with the poste has been a non stop headache. Currently post brexit parcels from the UK are a total gamble. Two packages ordered through eBay arrived within a week. Another two sent track and trace one month ago are still held up in Italy and I haven’t heard anything. No reply to requests for info, staff at the post office are rude and unhelpful. If you can, go through a courier service as Poste It just get worse each year.

Two weeks later still hasn’t shipped

Ordered and paid for 100 euro worth of clothing two weeks ago. The order still hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve contacted the help desk twice - but they haven’t done anything to get this moving. I used to like Zalando but this experience has really put me off them.

Terrible

Terrible. Paid on Skyscanner - never recieved a confirmation email and then when flights were cancelled due to a strike I heard NOTHING. Currently waiting on the phone (an hour has passed) to try and understand what I will do since the flight is no longer running. The WORST customer service ever. Email replies take 24 hours. Seriously?
