The unit arrived faulty (it would not charge as the connection loose). I emailed the company immediately only to be asked to video the fault with the product. Still waiting for a response to the video from the company.

Taylor Waterproof Digital Kitchen Scales. I wrote a review on the Lakeland website, only for it to be ignored!
In my experience, the scales need new batteries every month!
The control panel at the front of the scales are extremely sensitive. Move the bowl you are using to weigh ingredients anywhere near the panel and it will reset.
Leave any item in the bowl for a minute and the scales will start to adjust the given weight upwards.

I am not looking for a refund. I just wanted to publish an honest review for other customers who may be looking at purchasing a new set of scales and wanted to do a little research first.

Matt our salesman was just fantastic. He was super patient, allowing me to test ride 6 different bikes before I finally chose one. He then picked up on our conversation that we required a bike rack. Sold. Then lights. Sold. Brilliant......
