This fraudulent company somehow scammed me out of over 900 dollars by signing me and collecting unauthorized payments I was in shock..I am fault for not checking my account more thoroughly. I am now fighting the charges with my bank..do not ever work with this company.

Company is almost impossible to deal with customer service is horiffic given one quote for white glove delivery then revised by another service rep...when paid for upgrade information not forwarded to warehouse...another call to povision and the customer service rep then tells me about older emails sent to me...ludicrous no update on my payment which I have confirmation of.still no update on delivery..this company is preposterous

An update the company resolved the issues and it seems things have moved forward on the right track
Furniture arrived most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat in..want to return it customer service said they will help but never followed up with an email they promised...stay away

Company was willing to offer a compromise instead of a refund ( I don't have original boxing materials ) they offered 5% off on another purchase and a fake plant.

Never joined this website and somehow they made an unauthorized charge on my credit card out of nowhere..I initially inquired but never moved forward back in September 2023..they lifted my personal information and charged me 120.00 I have disputed the charge..this company is a scam

Poor customer service unauthorized charges

Horiffic customer service, typical move this overseas to increase profits they are impossible to deal with unable to resolve issues and can't be held to their word. I am definitely dumping them.
