It looks like they are improving
In the past I had some issues with this company, so in a way I can understand the negative reviews. Having said that, I'm a regular customer because their prices are very good and I never had problems with the setup of the cards so far. My issues were with customer support, when for example a card expired before the correct time; it took a long time and discussions to have the problem sorted.
This time the experience has been very positive. I could not login to my account due to a glitch on their website, but I was offered a workaround to solve the issue. I hope this is an encouraging sign that customer support has improved, and that's why I can give the company 5 stars.
