Ordered 4 Bridgestone tyres for my son's car on 18th Jan on the internet with fitting on Monday 23rd Jan at 10:30. Arrived to find out depot had only 2 tyres which were fitted and were advise would be informed when they came in. We phoned twice to try and find out what was happening to be told on Saturday pm 29th Jan only one tyre had been received.I am not blaming the tyre fitting depot who are reliant upon others in your Organisation but you have had my money and still have not completed the contract. Your customer care is appalling and for a company that uses the internet for ordering you should be aware of tyre stock and when deliveries are occurring and advise the customer before they have to make a journey for the fitting that they are available. We are now having to make a second journey at some undefined date in the future to have the other 2 tyres fitted when you are able to tell us that they are in the depot. This is now costing more money and time to do something that you should have completed over a week ago. I have used National Tyres for my cars for over 25 years and have never had such poor tyre delivery and it seems to me that since Halfords took over things have gone downhill

I booked for 4 new tyres to be fitted and a MOT online which was very competitive. Turned up to garage in the morning which was very busy and was surprised that they managed to complete all the work, especially with the garage being short staffed that day ...
