A very efficient online booking system
A very efficient online booking system. I ordered the tyres I required, used the online discount code provided which immediately reduced the total bill. I selected the fitting slot I required and the booking was confirmed immediately. This is unlike another 'motoring organisation' which would actually have been closer for me to drive to - but although their website priced matched National Tyres after wading through the 'clunky' website and going all the way to the checkout and entering payment details I then got a message saying those tyres were out of stock!! Why bother lulling me in and wasting time. I will need 2 front tyres in a few months so it will DEFINITELY be straight to National Tyres and Autocare Bangor next time.
