From start to finish it has been friendly efficient and professional . Booking and choosing the product was easy . And i phoned to change the time slot to a different day without booking ref . Tracey was on the phone was very friendly and efficient sort it out quickly.
Comes to the day of fitting walked in everyone happy and friendly , excellent customer service. Especially early morning and very very busy . . Whilst Tracey whi delt with me on the phone change the tyres over . Luke kept me entertained . Must say this is the 3rd time we've been there with different cars and members of my family and had this service every time

We called in at Swansea enterprise park branch at 9am this morning, as my wife walked in she was greeted by a young assistant ,before he was able to say anything we spotted what we wanted a 14ltr coolbox right in front of us . At the counter we was served by another young assistant which was helpful and both of the interacting with our sale by suggesting a few things like the motorclub30 etc . Which gave us a further £5 off . . It's a shame we have to travel the length of Wales to see excellent customer service in Halfords and our local store could learn from these 2 young men . There names was DYLAN & DYLAN sorry we couldn't remember they're initials. But they're manager should be proud on how good they're customer service was

Went to go outdoors due to a faulty torch second time with the same product. When I spoke to th earlier checkout staff (TYLER) He we was apologetic about it not working . So I asked for his advice for a replacement . With this he showed and recommended an alternative. He then continued to walk with me with the rest of my shopping and advised on a few more products. Which I'm most impressed with his knowledge of various products within the store . Excellent customer service .

Was good until I had some issues about opting out of my pension savings

Only got one because there's no 0 poor service emails and phone customer service useless delivery driver can't find a house which has been stood for 80yrs in a very small village on Anglesey.

Decided to pop in for a look around nothing desperately needed but fancied 2 new holdall bags well as soon I walked in nice big welcome smiles from staff . Had my mooch about then question was ask was I ok from there onwards customer service was excellent a young man was helping me (Matty) and couldn't be more helpful from ready to walk out without a purchase ended up buying everything I looked (well almost everything ) to extra stuff I wasn't thinking about . This young man and the rest of the team in Bangor is a credit to your company compared to other go outdoors I've used in the past and I travel so there's been a at least half a dozen of them . Bangor store have your most helpful staff . And thanks to matt for his help
