Payment Assist is a great service and a welcome convenience when purchasing. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I have recently moved house and the National Tyre branch I wished to use was in a different part of the country, where I now live, to the previous address where my bank account is registered. Currently in the process of changing it. So my first attempt to set up payment failed due to different addresses. Took me a while to figure out how to solve the problem and for the National Tyre appointment required to reappear. Apart from that great service and facility.

The ordering system online is great however the payment system (payment assist) caused a problem as the billing address was different to the address where I am currently living. As a result the payment would not authorise. It took me four attempts to make payment and that was after waiting a period for the appointment times to clear and become available again.

Excellent service at all times by the helpful, polite and professional staff at the Poole branch. A great range of storage units at various sizes. Very clean and tidy premises with easy access. I have used SafeStore for four months and have received great service throughout. Thoroughly recommend this branch and its facilities.

I ordered some flowers for my brother and sister-in-law for Christmas. When delivered instead of being in bud as described on the website the flowers were fully open and in fact were past their best. Also the flowers bore no likeness to the image shown on their website. I contacted Eflorist who agreed with my complaint and their customer service department promptly answered my complaint, apologised and offered a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement flowers never arrived, so needlessly I will not be using Eflorist again.

It is worth noting purely for myself to have flowers in my own home for Christmas I purchased flowers from Lidl which were fresh, looked great and lasted until New Year's Eve and all for the same cost as the delivery charge of Eflorist! Lidl's flowers were excellent and great value,

Had a tyre supplied and fitted by the Caernarfon Branch on 12 February 2022 and received excellent quick service from the team. Also the manager conducted a vehicle safety inspection of my vehicle and discussed this with me and provided a written report. Very pleased and fully satisfied with the tyre and service from National Tyres.

The website is excellent and is easy to use when ordering products and booking appointments.

I will use National Tyres and Autocare again and in fact I have just ordered another tyre and booked an appointment for Wednesday 23 February 2022.

Just completed the 30 Day Photographers Course. Great revision following completing the iPhotography Course in March 2020. Well done to the tutors for imparting such great and valuable information in such small sections. Really enjoyed the course and now moving onto the Landscape Course.

Excellent service. A-Plan listen to my requirements, advise on potential best offers and deal with all the administration. Been with A-Plan for a number of years and have been completely satisfied every time. Great Service and so quick. I uploaded five images to Loxley Colour to test the colour calibration, a service offered free by Loxley Colour. The images were received within 48 hours showing the uncorrected and corrected images. Thoroughly pleased with the service and the results and will definitely be using Loxley Colour for processing my images in various formats for my clients as I have just commenced my photographic business GFi Photography this month. I discovered Loxley Colour through The Guild of Professional Photographers.

Ordered a new camera and lenses online on a Sunday evening and received the products two days later on Tuesday. Delighted with the product and the speed of delivery, excellent service. Website provided detailed information of the products which enabled me to make an informative choice of equipment chosen. The product was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition.

Wex even offered a free 30 minute 'get to know your camera' session in any of their shops, however unfortunately I live too far away from their shops to make this viable.

Very pleased with Wex and they are now my preferred supplier for all my photographic needs.

Excellent service from Cotswold Raw and products (80/20 meals of several flavours) that our dog loves. The customer service staff are responsive, polite, friendly and very helpful. Well done.

The only reason I have given Cotswold four stars and not five stars is because on a couple of times their courier, APC Overnight, have let them down by mislaying a box and when delivered late the frozen food has defrosted and not suitable for use. However Cotswold have always responded quickly on these occasions and replaced the products immediately.
