I was told when I signed up that Mint would work in Mexico and Canada. When I arrived in Mexico at the Cancun airport my phone did not work at all. It put me in a dangerous position. It was then I... See more

They make a good first impression, very user friendly. The service is good and price is hard to beat. However, they do not give refunds! I accidentally (actually I think it was an issue with their website) but lets say I accidentally ordered two "minternational passes" when I only intended to order one. I was charged twice when I only intended to order once. As soon as I realized, which was immediately, I called Mint's help line who advised me they would give me a credit for the amount. Not ideal, but ok. But then later when I went to find the credit on my account I could not and I called again. This time I was told they would not refund the taxes and fees, only the base amount. This, even though I never intended to purchase the item in the first place and never used it in any way. Seems kind of shady to me.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced
I can't even log into my account when I try It asks for my authenticator key when I use it it won't work for some reason
So I deleted my authenticator, unable to even log in, now
so I call customer support, and I get told I need to call back tomorrow because the servers need an update
Then I called the next day just to get told I need to get my authentication key from Google when I need it from Mint Mobile, and it also didn't help that the other guy on the phone line could hardly speak English

The reception in my house is not the best and it seems very slow in pulling up my notifications
Is there anyway you could improve that

Data goes too quick. I signed up for a few days late for unlimited.

I have told several people about Mint Mobile, Phone, and they are also pleased with it. Word keeps passing on and on.
It’s about time to renew for another year.
Thank you, Mint mobile. It sure helps seniors unlimited income.
I purchased a year contract for my teenager with Mint. We’re only one months in and I’m dreading the next eleven.
In a nutshell: I fully paid for a 12 month Unlimited plan, and Mint suspended his service without warning.
After one horrible customer rep who spoke like a scammer and did not listen to or solve the problem, we eventually got ahold of a competent human.
They determined, after some doing, that his cell service was suspended because they had flagged it as a “business account” rather than a personal account. He’s a sweet teenager but he’s not a businessman by any stretch of the imagination.
Turns out when a teenage boy talks to his new girlfriend on the phone too much, Mint doesn’t like that.
We got the issue resolved, for less than a day, but we were warned this could happen again next month when it was first resolves and did I mention it took LESS THAN A DAY for them to shut it right back off again?
The fact that they just pulled the service from his phone with no warning or explanation, no email or notification on the app or his account, is worrisome.
Needless to say, if we do make it to month twelve of this contract, we’ll be switching over to a more reliable carrier.

I haven’t noticed any difference in carrier quality between Mint and Verizon, but I’m paying considerably less.
Great service where I live, excellent price for one phone line which is all I need. Very convenient and reasonably priced to add extra data if needed. Fees and conditions very transparent. I wish I could add my Apple Watch to my plan!
They don’t even deserve the one star i’m forced to give them to make this rating.
My phone drops calls constantly, and customer service is more useless than tits on a tree. Nothing works, my data is practically nonexistent and i’m so frustrated with the lack of care by mint mobile. I will NEVER suggest this to anyone unless i absolutely hate them with every fiber in my being and I genuinely want them to have no service whatsoever. Which is exactly what i experience on a daily basis. I regret getting the three month package because i still have a month left to use (more like get used by).
Do NOT switch to this company. You’re better off buying a goddamned satellite phone. Even that service would be better than this bullshit.
Edit for response: NO. Contacting you morons has done NOTHING. I have tried the live chat!! IT’S GOTTEN ME NOWHERE!! IT WILL CONTINUE TO GET ME NOWHERE. PISS OFF.

I am 83 with a terminal condition. They had an unlimited plan for seniors 15 dollars per month for 12 months. I placed my order to get instantly activated within eSim
I was transferred over to billing and was told I would be receiving a physical SIM card in the mail which was not what I ordered and they could not change it then. I had already purchased a new phone. I waited and waited for the physical Sim and when I installed it and started activating they said the offer was no longer valid. Stay away it's my advice. I do not know if I will get my money back.

My signal is in and out and I drop calls constantly. I know its not my phone because my daughter and son have the same issues.

I have had similar service providers (H20, trackphones, etc) but this one has had the best customer service and a convenient, hassle free plan. I love having a well priced plan without any stress. Mint mobile even helped me deal with my old service provider who made canceling their plan difficult.
Very cheap with good service, I havent had any issues and my wallet is happier than ever
I did not see a difference between my old cell service to yours. Basically stayed the same. I thought maybe slower or something. No problems at all Only difference a lower cell bill.
Thank You
The app is east to use to manage data. If it had better signal coverage in my area that would be great!

One would think you could offer better deals on a replacement phone for your customers and I really believe you slowed my data down since I renewed for the one-year contract
