We switched over from T-Mobile and have saved quite a bit. Went from $170 a month for 3 lines to $75 a month for 3 lines, even though T-Mobile owns Mint. I have heard that the service outside of the city might not be good and that in rural areas it can be spotty. We have not experienced any issues yet. The reps on the phone know what they are doing and are very nice. We just renewed for another 3 months and if all goes well, we will switch to the annual payment.
