I spoke with Carlos at Customer Service just now. He helped me reactivate and gave me the best deal available to me! I do not know how I would have done it without him. Extremely competent and helpful; he knew my situation exactly and was efficient. As someone who works in customer service, I am so impressed. Thank you, Carlos! As for the carrier, Mint has excellent coverage in my area, and the prepaid payment works best for me. :)
