I am 83 with a terminal condition

I am 83 with a terminal condition. They had an unlimited plan for seniors 15 dollars per month for 12 months. I placed my order to get instantly activated within eSim
I was transferred over to billing and was told I would be receiving a physical SIM card in the mail which was not what I ordered and they could not change it then. I had already purchased a new phone. I waited and waited for the physical Sim and when I installed it and started activating they said the offer was no longer valid. Stay away it's my advice. I do not know if I will get my money back.

If you buy anything from these people…

If you buy anything from these people you will be sorry. They have absolutely no customer support. I've got a mini split air conditioning sitting in my garage that was going to be installed at 7:00 this morning and I paid for the installation and the guy come out had no tools and told me he thought it was just a window unit. I saw on his phone because he works for another unreliable company called handy if you call them they will put you on hold and then hang up. And then I read a bunch of reviews for they say installation completed. I want to take some kind of legal action against both companies. In all seriousness beware

Liars

George set up my package after 45 minutes on the phone. 1 Hopper and one wireless Joey and Time Warner internet at 50MBS, 2 year agreement for the choce package at $81.99 per month and TW at $39.99 per month total $121.00. I asked him if I need to call time warner and he said they would do it all. After a long discussion I agreed to the deal but did not really want to give him my SS# but I did and he said trust me. I said OK but send me an email detailing everyting because I am 74 and have had a stroke. He said he would and we scheduled an next day appointment. He never sent the detailed summary. Only a few minutes later another guy called me from Houston and said there was some problem with the internet. I told him what we had discussed and he said I know I was sitting right beside George. Sitting beside him? Why was he calling me. I offered to handle time warner myself since they have and office a mile from my home. I could already see problems coming and had not even been connected. I told him to forget I would not spend another hour on the phone and to cancel. I called my bank to stop payment. I don't know what kind of game you are playing.
