I recently ordered an iPhone 13 from Reebelo, but unfortunately, what I received was an iPhone 12. Needless to say, this was a major letdown as it was my first time ordering from Reebelo.
After realizing the mistake, I immediately contacted their customer service team, hoping to resolve the issue promptly. However, finding someone to assist me with the setup and replacing the incorrect phone proved to be quite challenging. I spent numerous frustrating hours on the phone trying to get through to someone who could help me.
Eventually, after persistently reaching out to them for two weeks, Reebelo offered to refund my money on the day of 16th. While I appreciate their willingness to rectify the situation, the overall experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and hesitant to order from them again in the future.
In conclusion, my first encounter with Reebelo was far from satisfactory. I expected to receive the product I ordered, but instead, I encountered inconvenience and disappointment. I hope they take steps to improve their quality control and customer service processes to prevent similar mishaps in the future.
