I've purchased 5 sets from honey birdette but what i like to repurchase are their stockings. I've had a set for 4 years. When I went into their Cairns store as I was on holiday, I purchased 4 sets. Unfortunately, when first putting on 2 of the 4 sets, both got holes as I was putting them on. I reached out to customer service and they told me I needed to go in store. Unfortunately, a store is an hour away and it is not possible. Compared my old set to my new and the new def feels either cheap or perhaps really old stock. Unhappy with outcome.

Amazing support!
I got the sizing wrong on a relatively large order for my wife during their big end of season sale, and didn't find out until the whole package arrived. Support helped return or replace my entire order, nearly immediately, including shipping. They were patient and worked with me on exact size replacements for this complex order, and we ended up getting (most) of what we had originally requested. Very pleasant experience and we love all of the pieces. The quality was very high and I hope we get many evenings out of these sets of beautiful lingirie.

Parcel went missing had a huge stressful day fighting AUS Post finally contact Honey Birdette not expecting anything and omg I cried they sent me a replacement and was so kind they validated my feelings Maya omg she was an absolute angel so quick and polite and really made my day 1000x better I really love honey birdette but this further reminded me why

the quality of Whitney thongs are terrible!
both thongs i bought have torn in the same place, I contacted HB and sent in photos, however they refuse to admit a fault nor assist with a refund or replacement. I simply had to buy more of the same colour :(

i have ordered from honey birdette a few times but this will be the last. i ordered latex stockings and they’ve arrived FILTHY. which when i tried to refund a item that too them they said it had a “mark” on so they didn’t refund me so it’s rich coming from them as now my most recent purchase has arrived disgustingly filthy! keeping in mind the item they wouldn’t refund absolutely did not have a mark on it so don’t princess form them if you ever want a refund. the sizing is completely unreliable xs can be extremely big sometimes and fit me at other times. AVOID

Do not, under any circumstance, order from this company. I ordered a bra and a matching pair of panties, but I had to return them because the bra fit so poorly. The company rejected my return without a reason documented in the email. When I pushed for clarification, they sent me five photos showing a bra and panty set that were clearly not the ones I returned. The bra had deodorant stains and heavy wear marks all over it, and the panties had what looked like paint on the fabric. To be clear, none of the photos showed a readable tag, meaning they did not demonstrate that the items photographed were the ones I returned or were even new. Here’s the thing, the panties were never unwrapped. When the bra didn’t fit, I put it back in the plastic, put it into a mail bag along with the panties - which were still wrapped in the original plastic - and shipped them back to the company. They clearly used photos of other items to justify rejecting the return. I submitted a fraud claim to my credit card for the charge. Luckily THAT company is honest.

I experienced a manufacturing fault with one of my items. I reached out to customer support via the online chat portal and Danielle was extremely helpful. She emailed me following our conversation to request a couple of photos and within 24 hours she had arranged a replacement item to be sent to me without me having to lift a finger. Such great support and definitely shows HB’s care for their customers. Thanks Danielle!

Customer service – Amazing!
I ordered something for a special occasion, but unfortunately the size was wrong and I did not have time to exchange it through the usual channels. I contacted the customer service team and they helped me within an hour! The correct sizes arrived the very next day, just in time for my date, and I could not be happier. I recently became a new custome of this company as a birthday gift for my partner. I am now an ex customer.
2 days ago I purchased a £300 order full price, delivery arrived yesterday.
This morning they have gone into sale and the goods I purchased are now 30% less than the price I paid 2 days ago.
I escalated and was told our policy is no adjustment.
So I am forced to return and repurchase, really poor expeirence, but it gets worse.
I re purchase my order for a lower value and see 1-2 delivery at checkout.
Once I have paid I recieve an email stating that due to being in sale the order will be 3 - 7 business days for delivery. So this company now has over £500 of my money and are not prepared to make any adjustment, any gesture nothing to make my experience better.
Honey birdette is an awful customer service experience and today you lost another customer.

I likely own a second closet worth of outfits from this brand. I ordered yet another 3 piece set from HB and was so excited I missed that they sent the wrong garter belt. The belt had already been in my possession since May 16th 2025. My complication and customer history was honored by Lily with the leadership team. I was sent a complimentary order of the belt that was originally ordered.

My experience with HB's customer service was amazing! Jasmine helped me, and she was so sweet. She clearly worked hard to make sure I received the best possible solution. I had ordered the Whitney thong, and unfortunately, after just a few minutes of wearing it, the gem on the back snapped off. Jasmine ended up being able to completely replace the bottoms free of charge. I had a great experience! :)

I’ve returned a top five times because each one has loose threads all over. For a €160 top, the quality is shockingly poor. After more then a month and multiple slow exchanges, the issue still hasn’t been fixed.
Customer service is practically non existent. They never call back, and their chat support just brushes you off, telling you to “cut the threads off” yourself. I shouldn’t have to ruin an expensive top with scissors just to wear it.
The quality has clearly gone downhill, and the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. Avoid this webshop unless you want to waste your money on a top that arrives falling apart and terrible support.
