I went in store to collect a click and collect order and the lovely cashier (and myself) didn't know that my order had been separated into two bags. I got home and saw that a couple items were missing. I contacted the chat function on their website to let them know what may have happened, and they were super quick in confirming the rest of my order is definitely in store. In-store and online customer service was amazing, very friendly and helpful!
