New Customer to Ex Customer in one transaction
I recently became a new custome of this company as a birthday gift for my partner. I am now an ex customer.
2 days ago I purchased a £300 order full price, delivery arrived yesterday.
This morning they have gone into sale and the goods I purchased are now 30% less than the price I paid 2 days ago.
I escalated and was told our policy is no adjustment.
So I am forced to return and repurchase, really poor expeirence, but it gets worse.
I re purchase my order for a lower value and see 1-2 delivery at checkout.
Once I have paid I recieve an email stating that due to being in sale the order will be 3 - 7 business days for delivery. So this company now has over £500 of my money and are not prepared to make any adjustment, any gesture nothing to make my experience better.
Honey birdette is an awful customer service experience and today you lost another customer.
