Poorly Made Products, Worse Customer Service

Do not, under any circumstance, order from this company. I ordered a bra and a matching pair of panties, but I had to return them because the bra fit so poorly. The company rejected my return without a reason documented in the email. When I pushed for clarification, they sent me five photos showing a bra and panty set that were clearly not the ones I returned. The bra had deodorant stains and heavy wear marks all over it, and the panties had what looked like paint on the fabric. To be clear, none of the photos showed a readable tag, meaning they did not demonstrate that the items photographed were the ones I returned or were even new. Here’s the thing, the panties were never unwrapped. When the bra didn’t fit, I put it back in the plastic, put it into a mail bag along with the panties - which were still wrapped in the original plastic - and shipped them back to the company. They clearly used photos of other items to justify rejecting the return. I submitted a fraud claim to my credit card for the charge. Luckily THAT company is honest.
